The multi-daylight molded door press is mainly used for 3D molding of softened medium-density fiberboard (MDF) or high-density fiberboard (HDF), and is suitable for pressing doors, windows, and similar products.
By using molds with different designs, a wide variety of door skin patterns can be produced to meet diverse customer production requirements.

1. Frame Structure

- Pressure speed is electronically regulated during the pressing process
4. Pressure Control System
- Electronically controlled by a microprocessor
- Pressing parameters are automatically set via the press control panel
5. Temperature Control
- Digital instruments independently control the platen temperature
6. Pressure Monitoring
- Digital pressure gauges control and display pressure levels
7. Data Recording
- Dual-channel pressure and temperature graphic recorder equipped with sensors and probes
