The longitudinal high-speed laminating press line is mainly used for laminating various wood-based panels with melamine-impregnated decorative papers. It is suitable for producing flooring panels, furniture boards, door panels, and fire-resistant boards.
The line supports the production of panels in a wide range of sizes, including 4′×8′, 4′×9′, 4′×16′, 5′×8′, 6′×8′, 6′×9′, 6′×12′, 7′×9′, 7′×12′, 8′×9′, 8′×10′, 10′×10′, 10′×15′, 10′×20′, and more.
With a press capacity ranging from 1,200 tons to 14,000 tons, and by using steel press plates with different surface patterns, the line can produce finishes such as high gloss, matte, marble texture, and wood grain.
