The horizontal high-speed laminating press line is mainly used for laminating various wood-based panels with melamine-impregnated decorative papers, and is suitable for producing wood flooring, furniture panels, and door panels.
It supports the production of panels in multiple sizes, including 4′×6′, 4′×8′, 4′×9′, 6′×8′, 6′×9′, 7′×9′, and more.
With a press capacity ranging from 1,200 tons to 14,000 tons, and by using steel press plates with different surface patterns, the line can produce finishes such as high gloss, matte, marble texture, and wood grain.
